The Office of Innovation at the University of Cincinnati is hiring a Life Science focused Licensing Associate 1 or 2, depending on the applicant’s education and experience, to join the Technology Transfer team. The selected applicant will be primarily responsible for working with the Senior Licensing Associate(s) to support the commercialization of technologies developed at the university. Those responsibilities will include interacting with university faculty and inventors, learning about and understanding their inventions, making patentability decisions, developing an intellectual property strategy for those inventions, managing a portfolio of assigned patent families, working with internal and outside counsel on patent prosecution issues and any other assigned tasks.
