Background & Information
AURP is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of up-to-17 professionals representing our institutional and corporate member contingency.
Per the AURP bylaws, each Board member may serve for a three-year term, and may also then stand for re-election for one successive three-year term.
Each year the Nominating Committee, led by the Immediate Past President, presents a ballot to membership for voting purposes.

This year, three (3) board seats are available, including up-to-two (2) incumbent board members who may be standing for re-election. With three openings on the board, a minimum of five people are required for the ballot.
The Committee's mission is to have a diverse board representing the broad range of our member institutions and their experience as well as gender, ethnicity, and nationality.
The candidates will be elected by the AURP membership and commence their service on January 1, 2026.

To nominate, please complete this Nomination Form including the nominee's bio and photo.
