Market Assessment and Workforce Development Plan RFP

This project will develop a workforce development strategy for the mining technologies industry in Rapid City, SD. The project is part of the Economic Development Administration’s Tech Hubs program, respondents to this RFP should be qualified and eligible to work on federally-funded projects. The strategy should help Rapid City and the Black Hills Region apply for and achieve designation status as an EDA Tech Hub. Hillsborough County Seeks Master Developer for Land Surrounding MOSI

During the Nov. 1, 2023, Board of County Commissioners Regular Meeting, commissioners unanimously approved a request for proposal asking developers to submit their plans for the redevelopment of the 67-acre site surrounding the MOSI, located along E. Fowler Avenue south of the University of South Florida (USF). Hillsborough County is seeking creative and competitive proposals from experienced and qualified master developers with a track record of mixed urban projects. Advertising for the request for proposal (RFP) began Nov. 6, with submissions due in late February 2024.
