Here you will find sample agreements and documents. We thank the AURP member parks which have generously contributed these sample documents for the benefit of other member parks.
Please be aware that in all cases, these documents have been written to conform to the laws of the states in which they are intended to be used. It is recommended in all cases that parks use these documents only as reference sources, and that competent legal counsel be employed to craft park documents that will be in accordance with the laws of any particular state or territory.
