Payment is in U.S. dollars only, payable to AURP. Payment must follow all faxed registrations. No one will be admitted to the conference without payment. Fill out a registration form for each attendee.

Registrations received prior to Friday, October 16nd, 2009 qualify for the reduced early registration fee.

Registration & Cancellation Policy:
* Registrations may not be shared by two or more individuals and are not transferable.
* Space is limited and onsite registration cannot be guaranteed.
* Cancellation scheduled:
Cancellations received from September 4t through September 17th - $150 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received from September 18th through October 2nd - $300 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued after October 2nd.
* All requests for cancellation must be received in writing.
