AURP Member E-List

AURP now offers research park members a place to connect online through the Member E-List, a private, email-based discussion forum. The AURP Member E-List is designed to improve communication amongst AURP research park members. It offers a forum for exchanging ideas, and allows you to benefit from the experience, knowledge and wisdom of your peers.

How do I send a message to the entire E-List?

Members who have permission to use the E-List may email [email protected]. The message will be sent to the entire list, which includes all research park members. 

How do I send a message to an individual on the E-List?

As a courtesy to the members of the E-List, please send messages intended for ONLY ONE person to THEIR direct email address only. Please know that by sending the message to [email protected], you will send the message to the ENTIRE E-List. 

How can I access the E-List Archive?

Interested in viewing past messages? The AURP Member E-List is searchable and available in the member profile. To access the archive, click "Login" in the upper right-hand column. Insert your username and password. If you have misplaced your password, please email [email protected]. Once you are logged in, click on "E-Lists" under the "My Features" tab.

Can I opt out of messaging and still access the archive?

Yes. You may opt to NOT receive the messages to your inbox. If you would like to do this, you may still access the archive of messages online in your member profile by logging in at www.aurp.net. Click on "E-Lists" under the "My Features" tab. If you would like to make this change to your subscription, please email [email protected] or call 520-529-2521.

How can I organize all of the messages from the E-list?

One way to organize your E-List messages is to set up a filter in your inbox to capture everything with [AURP Member E-List]. This way, you may review the messages on your own time.
